:: We miss you Claude, but...
Even better than yesterday...Stronger, bigger, quicker, higher...Claude, I miss you very much, while I am sure you are sipping good French wine and having some awesome sea food in Brittany...but here, we had an epic day! Today I decided to rip the channel with my windsurfer...All your usual friends were here...and we all ended up in the parking lot with a big smile on our face...You know what it means right?
So I don't have the swell report, but you can trust me, it was sweet and big as we like...You can at least look at the wind graph...See you soon bro!

:: What a day! ...
What can I say...It was just a perfect day! The wind was blowing strong, the swell was fat and glassy, my Hydra 9 was the perfect size...I had a blast in the channel thinking at Claude who was missing this awesome day...Claude! I ripped the channel just for you

:: Thank you Steve for helping me out...
Thank you Steve for kindly helping me out with a Cabrinha bladder to replace a strut which had just blown on my Hydra 12. So I was able to get to the water and enjoy a nice windy day with all the usual folks.

:: Decreasing the bar pressure on the Genetrix Hydra...
The good thing with the Genetrix Hydra is that you can ride it with your usual 4 lines bar. No pulley, no special adjustment. The bar pressure is not too big but you get some...
To decrease the bar pressure, I followed David's advice from http://www.freeboost.fr/, making a little knot to the bridle attached to the struts to reduce the length of the bridle...I am not sure if Martial (the designer) would approve this alteration, but it works....You still have some bar pressure but it is now easier to ride one handed...Thanks David!

:: Nice day in the channel...
Solid 20+ wind in the channel, medium size swell, nice sunny day...I was playing with my windsurfing friends in the channel, ripping nice fat swells with my Hydra 12m. Let's do it again!
