I am working like a dog on this damn Handle Pass... I recently managed to nail 30 of them without loosing my board... But I still need a lot of sessions to get it properly

Thanks to Erin, here is a recent shoot of one my Handle Pass attempt.

Driving back from Sacramento (where my little champion, Fiona, finished 3rd All Around of the Gymnastics Judge's Cup... Congrats my love), we stopped by Sherman to check on the wind...

It was pleasantly very boosty so I released some stress from the gym competition (Man, being a parent is tough sometimes:-) throwing big air jumps.

And what a pleasure to see there some friendly faces (JR, Steve, Sonny, Bruce, Nico, Julien) and some of the usual 3rd ave. crew...

Small waves and gusty wind on Saturday... But better than staying home, right?

Thanks to Bruce, I even took the new Fone Bandit 7.5 for a spin... That's a nice kite with a better construction than Fone used to do... My first impressions:

• Less stable in the gusts than my Hydra
• Pull hard on the chicken loop but with no bar pressure
• Very powerful and a lot of low end - much more like a 9m
• Turn very fast and kiteloop very easily

Waddell Creek is already a jewel in itself, but when the google boys are there, it becomes a $30 billion spot

Anyway, 2 great days a WC again this week end despite the small surf... And a lot of friendly faces... I am so addicted to waves...

I have been working a lot on my unhooked riding style lately... Unhooked railey/s-bend,  and surface handle-pass attempt...

It is really fun and definitively opens new doors...
