It was finally warm all week end... And with part of the regular crew down to Pismo, we even had some room in the jumping area...

It looked like we booked Waddell just for a private sesh! Where was the usual Caution gang? Watching TV or freaking out? :-)

Ok, I stop bragging...The conditions were really tough with a 30 knots average and freezing gusts at 50+! The 17 knots lulls in the inside were dramatic to really surf the waves while the strong gusts outside were killing me.

We were only a few kiters with the guts to ride (mostly down the line) the nice 8 feet swell in those insane conditions. Unfortunately, my carpool mate JM wrecked his beloved 7m right from the beginning (if you have a spare 7m for him, send me an email...) but he was nice enough to freeze his ass off to get a few shots for this post!

Went to Mammoth to wrap up the snowboarding season while it's dead calm in the bay. Awesome weather and still good snow for this warm temperature. Felt very good to be back on my board...

Not a bad week end after all. Waves session on Saturday at Waddell with a strong and gusty wind and some powerful swell with my friend JM; and a freestyle session on Sunday at "the office"...
