October - No wind = surf session on reef break
A nice little reef break when the swell is not big...

Whether you like surfing or not you must admit that with a section like this with just a couple to share it we cannot ask for more ;-)

Session at Poé beach... 1st of April... not a joke but almost!
Hai hai hai... This was supposed to be a weekend to remember for wonderful kiting sessions on clear waters...
On day 1 we had rain, on day two rain and 5 knots and on day 3 showers and 10-14 knots...
Out of that we were able to capture few breezes and had a bit of fun... it did not last has the showers came but it was still good to be in the water.
That's as close as you want your kite to get to the trees
Just the first trick you learn: Backloop

We just went through a "no-wind" 3 weeks period and despite having the cool seazon coming in fast we expect a nice 15-20 knots by the end of the week, let's cross our fingers so that we can finally put back those Stance magazine DVDs back into the draw

Another perfect session at Poé beach!
It has been a while since I gave some news. In fact we hardly had decent weekends for a months, showers and lack of wind...
It wasn't planned at all but after driving 45 minutes to check a potential spot we soon realised that it was far to be attractive, and but just adding another 45 minutes we could hit Poé beach... and here we were...
We were lucky as we now have tropical cyclone Becky close to Vanuatu that brings clouds, showers and strong gusty winds (60 knots close to the centre).
Anyway, last Saturday we (a good friend Christophe and I) had a good steady 18 knots with crystal clear waters...
Below is one of the pictures showing Christophe simply enjoying the moment.
